In Shape Mummy is an Australian online health and wellness company dedicated exclusively to helping mums get in shape. Whether you are a new mum, or are a mum of a whole tribe of kids, we can help you get in shape and feel great.
Our plans and products were created by a team of postnatal health and wellness experts who are also mums, so they understand the demands of motherhood. It is our mission to deliver the easiest, simplest and most fun online weight loss program for busy mums.

In Shape Mummy has taken all of the hard work out of weight loss. Our expert nutritionists plan all of your week’s food for you by so you don’t have to think about what to eat. Simply follow our weekly menu plan or chose from our menu of options. Either way, our system will automatically generate your weekly shopping list to provide the ingredients for the snacks and meals you have selected. For each meal you can select how many people you are cooking for and the recipes and shopping list update automatically.

Exercise made fun and easy!
The team at In Shape Mummy understand the needs of busy mums who are juggling the demands of the whole family. We’ve designed our exercise program to be easy to do and easy to stick to. Our exercise program is based on walking as this is the easiest and safest form of exercise for mums of all fitness levels.
This simple exercise has been coupled with virtual walking challenges to make calorie burning fun! Every month we’ll be holding virtual walking challenges around exciting new destinations all around the world. Join other In Shape Mummies by logging how many steps you take each day or time walked on our website and track your progress on a map. Enjoy photos and highlights along the way. The challenges start at the beginning of each calendar month but you can join in at any time.
If it’s too hard to carve out a thirty minute block for exercise, try fitting in three ten minute walks. Even moving around your house and hanging out the washing counts – it all adds up! Our club members love the virtual walking component of the program and you’ll be surprised to find out how addictive it is!

In Shape Mummy Health Shakes are a quick and easy solution to help you get in shape. Specifically designed for busy mums, our shakes provide a good source of nutrients to nourish your body when you don’t have the time to cook. Our delicious vegan friendly shakes contain a premium organic pea protein that is easily digested, 25 vitamins and minerals, fibre, acai berry, chia seeds and milk thistle.
Our shakes are breastfeeding friendly and contain natural ingredients. They are free from processed sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, artificial flavours, fillers and maltodextrin, caffeine and accelerants, dairy and wheat.

Breastfeeding? Your milk supply will be supported while you lose weight
We assess how often you are breastfeeding and your daily energy requirements to work out your meal plans to lose weight while maintaining a healthy milk supply.
A balanced and healthy diet is critical for all new mums, to help maintain energy and stamina, in addition to helping you lose weight. Adequate calories and nutrient balance is particularly important for those mums who are breastfeeding, since your baby is depending on you to provide 100% of his or her nutrition. For breastfeeding mums, it is generally recommended that women consume 500 calories per day more than mums who are not breastfeeding, but this may vary by activity level and for each individual.
Trying to cut your calories too low can effect milk supply and may slow your metabolism which prevents weight loss. The key to losing weight is to consume slightly fewer calories than would be required to maintain your weight and to increase your level of activity. This is a very safe approach to fat loss that has a much greater likelihood of achieving long term success.
In Shape Mummy carefully works out the optimum number of calories per day for you, taking into account your height, weight, age and whether you are breastfeeding. You don’t need to think about calorie deficits or about counting calories. The meals have been planned so that you consume the number of calories that you need to shed fat without going hungry.
