In Shape Mummy Pty Ltd (ABN 42 612 031 008), P.O. Box 1259 Paradise Point, Queensland, Australia 4216 is an online subscription membership service that provides its customers with health and weight loss plans. An In Shape Mummy Health Shake is also available for sale on the website.

Membership

Payments

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. All membership fees are GST inclusive.

Membership plans are charged weekly for a minimum of your weekly, monthly or 3 monthly plan duration. After your initial contract period your membership will continue as a weekly rolling contract at your initial rate until you cancel. You can cancel or change your membership by visiting the Members My Account page on www.inshapemummy.com

The In Shape Mummy Membership fees will be charged to your valid card in advance of each week.

You must ensure that the details of your Valid Card remain accurate and up to date. You can change your Valid Card details by visiting the Members My Account section on www.inshapemummy.com.

If we are unable to collect the membership fee from your valid card for any reason, including, without limitation, expiration or insufficient funds, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and we may suspend or cancel your access to In Shape Mummy.

Upon registration as a member, you will create a password and account. You must not disclose them to anyone else or allow anyone else to use your account and password. You are entirely responsible for any access to your account, and acknowledge that any access to or use of your account by means of the password associated with that account is deemed to be access or use by you. This includes any purchases made through your account. You agree to pay for our services in the manner specified on the Website.

If you, or a user on whose behalf you register, breaches these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that we may immediately suspend or terminate your account, without refund, and take appropriate legal action (if we choose) against you alone. Further you acknowledge that In Shape Mummy is entitled to suspend or terminate your use of the Website or membership at any time if In Shape Mummy considers that you have brought, or may bring, the reputation of In Shape Mummy or its members into disrepute.

Refund & Returns Policy

You are able to cancel your membership at any time but no refund on payment will be given and your access to the online service will run until your existing paid term expires.

In Shape Mummy Health Shakes

Delivery Policy 

We deliver our products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95 and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 7 working days, depending on your location in Australia. However if goods are unavailable you will be notified that delivery will take a little longer. 

For monthly Auto Delivery your shake/s will be dispatched once a month from the date you placed your order. Unless modified by you on our website, the credit card used to set up the initial Auto Delivery will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are dispatched.

In Shape Mummy ships products Australia wide, however at this time we do not accept international orders through our website. Please contact us at support@inshapemummy.com to enquire about a special order.

Refund & Returns 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your In Shape Mummy Health Shake purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at support@inshapemummy.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems and post the used and empty packaging to In Shape Mummy at PO Box 1259 Paradise Point, Queensland 4212.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. In Shape Mummy will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Cancellation of Auto Delivery

You can cancel your Auto Delivery at any time and there is no minimum time period. To cancel your Auto Delivery please log in to the In Shape Mummy website, visit the My Account section and click the Cancel My Auto Delivery link. You must cancel your Auto Delivery 2 days prior to the shake being dispatched.
