Delicious Fudgesicles

You’ll love these tasty treats, and so will your kids! Cashews are lower in fats and higher in proteins than other nuts and are a very good source of magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc. These nutrients help your immunity, improve energy levels and help you sleep. 200 calories per serve.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1 3/4  Medium Bananas
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 3/4 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Method

Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into moulds and freeze. They will be ready after a couple of hours.
